Central Florida Substance Use/Treatment Resources

Start Your Recovery provides helpful information for people who are dealing with substance use issues — and their family members, friends, and co-workers, too.  There is no one-size-fits-all solution to the challenges faced by those who misuse alcohol, prescription or illegal drugs, or other substances, and Start Your Recovery aims to break through the clutter to help people at any stage of recovery.

Interactive Forms

CLSMF has created interactive forms that you can use to create official letters and certain court filings.

Use the sample letter Debt Collector Response if you want to tell a debt collector to stop contacting you. Read and follow these instructions to complete the letter.

Eviction Answer and Related Motions – use this interview to create your response to a Complaint for Eviction and related motions you will need.

Change of Address with the Court – use this form to provide the Court with your current address while a case is still pending.

Temporary Custody of Minor Children – use these forms to create a petition to be filed with the Court to seek custody of a minor relative who lives with you.

The use of free interactive forms in this manner is a first in Florida and was made possible by a grant from the Legal Services Corporation. The program also receives support from Florida Legal Services, the website administrator for www.FloridaLawHelp.org.

Videos

CLSMF has released four informational videos on topics that are most common for our clients. These videos are intended to reach audiences who need legal help, but do not know where to start. CLSMF is expanding the production of these informational videos to cover a variety of topics that the public can access when faced with critical legal issues. Videos will published on this page and on CLSMF’s YouTube page
