CLSMF Opens New Office in Spring Hill
Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida (CLSMF), will be opening doors to an office in Spring Hill in an effort to increase their reach in the Hernando County area. The new office, located at 12595 Spring Hill Drive, is tentatively scheduled to begin assisting clients by appointment only starting the week of March 13, 2017. Clients can make appointments by calling 352-358-7724.
“My hope for the Spring Hill office is to bring more legal resources to the community including outreach to provide the public with information on several consumer legal topics such as ID theft, credit reporting issues, and debt harassment,” said Angela Makley, the CLSMF staff attorney assigned to the Spring Hill Office.
Makley has been a consumer attorney for almost 16 years. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law and has lived in Hernando County for the last eight years.
CLSMF is on a mission to increase access to justice in Central Florida. Since 1966, dedicated staff attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and advocates have worked diligently to solve civil legal problems that impact the day to day lives of local residents who cannot afford private attorney fees. By offering free legal assistance and advocacy, CLSMF is able to assist the area’s low-to moderate-income residents obtain and maintain the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, healthcare, safety and education.
