Office Assistant in our Orlando Office

Front desk, greeting clients and answering high volume of telephone calls. Working on legal advice/intake helpline. Conducting phone interviews and intake, determining callers’ eligibility for services. Also responsible for conducting interviews for eligibility and intake for weekly legal advice clinics.
